AT TOESL, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Facility Manager Boiler O&M; to manage and ensure safe, reliable and effective operation & maintenance of boiler and utility systems at the customer site.
The role will be responsible for day-to-day plant operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, team management, performance monitoring, safety compliance and customer coordination. The position will work closely with internal and customer teams to ensure uninterrupted utility operations, optimize equipment performance and maintain high standards of safety and reliability.
Key responsibilities-
1. Equipment Operation- Assist in daily operation and monitoring of the Boiler, water treatment plant, heater to ensure their efficient and uninterrupted performance.
2. Maintenance Management-Coordinate and participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of boilers and allied equipments adhering to guideline and safety standards.
3. Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve potential issues,
equipment malfunctions and other technical problems in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime.
4. Safety Compliances-Implement and enforce all safety protocol and regulation. Conduct regular safety inspection, checks and risk assessment.
5. Record Keeping-Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of equipments maintenance, repairs and operational data for future references and compliance purpose.
6. Spare part Inventory-Monitor and manages spares and consumable for boiler, WTP.
7. Team collaboration-Work closely with technician to ensure seamless coordination of activities and harmonious working environment.
8. Training and Development-Provide on job training to technician.
9. Emergency Response- Be prepared to respond promptly to emergencies related to boiler, WTP and heater.
10. Hands on experiences on VFD, motor problem solving abilities.
