Key Responsibilities
- Approach schools, colleges, and educational institutions for workshops, seminars, and engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners.
- Identify and onboard new institutions for collaboration.
- Execute the assigned business development plan and achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with institutional stakeholders.
- Track engagement activities, attendees reached, and institutions onboarded.
- Travel for institutional visits, meetings, and events.





Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Education, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates from Commerce, Management, Marketing, or Education backgrounds can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presentation and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Compensation

As per industry standards + performance-based incentives.
