Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
AI/ML Architect with 12+ years of experience
to design and lead scalable, enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with
LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps
, with solid architecture and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end
AI/ML and Generative AI architectures
for enterprise applications.
- Lead solutions involving
LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning
.
- Define technology strategy, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Design scalable and secure AI platforms with focus on
performance, reliability, cost, and governance
.
- Lead POCs and guide engineering teams through production implementation.
- Design and implement
MLOps/LLMOps
for model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business, data, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.




- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills
- 12+ years
of overall experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI
.
- Strong
Python
programming skills.
- Experience with
LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases
, and LLM evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of
Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning
, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform:
AWS, Azure, or GCP
.
- Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and MLOps/LLMOps
.
- Knowledge of
AI security, governance, responsible AI, and data privacy
.
- Excellent architecture, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred
- Experience with
Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI
, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience building
enterprise-scale production AI/Gen
