Job Summary

Anantham is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with mandatory experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing construction materials, vendor management, price negotiation, and procurement processes. The candidate should be capable of independently handling all purchase-related activities while ensuring timely procurement, cost optimization, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to material delivery.




- Procure construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, hardware, office supplies, and other project-related requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality standards, cost efficiency, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project, site, store, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, shortages, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
