Position: Senior Accountant

Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Commerce

Preference will be given to: Master of Commerce/ Inter. CA

Minimum Experience: 8 years

Maximum age: 42 years

Joining: Immediate

Location: Mumbai

Accounting Fundamentals should be STRONG

Company Law: Basic understanding

Robust Knowledge of:

Tally (Accounting Software)

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

Computers Skills:

MS Excel: Above average

MS Word: Average

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and Finalization of Annual Accounts / Financial Statements

Routine Accounting, GST and TDS

Payment processing

Ledger Scrutiny

Rectification entries

Bank Reconciliations

Replying to audit queries

Forecasting/ Budgeting

Fund Flow statements

Periodic Review of Accounts and Provisioning of Liabilities

Employee Payroll (Computation of Salary & TDS Deduction)
- Ensuring Monthly Statutory Compliances
