Role Description
The Construction Planner is a full-time, in office role based in Pune District. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating with project teams to align timelines, and monitoring progress against project plans.



The Construction Planner collaborates with engineering, procurement, and site construction personnel to optimize resource allocation, manage dependencies, and identify risks or delays. Day-to-day activities include preparing planning documents and reports, updating project control systems, analyzing schedule performance, and supporting decision-making to keep projects on time and within scope. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures while contributing to continuous improvement of planning practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Construction Planning and Project Planning skills, including schedule development, resource planning, and milestone tracking.
