Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a fashion retail store in Nehru Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong fabric/fashion product knowledge, team-handling skills and the ability to manage store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Supervise, guide and coordinate with store staff.
- Handle customer interactions and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor overall store performance.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of fashion products.
- Maintain knowledge of fabrics, materials, product quality and latest fashion trends.
- Handle billing, cash management and daily store reports.
- Monitor stock movement,



inward/outward entries and inventory records.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock and operational requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
- Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are followed.
- Adapt to changes in company operations and business requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Store Management/Retail Management, preferably in the fashion, apparel or textile industry.
- Strong fabric and fashion product knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Should be flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
- Candidates based in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
