Technical Solution Consultant:

Location: Trivandrum/ Chennai/ Bangalore.

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs

The Technical Solution Consultant designs and communicates scalable, secure, and practical technology solutions aligned with customer business objectives. The role involves understanding customer requirements, developing solution approaches, supporting technical discovery, and collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.

The consultant will lead technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities. They will prepare technical proposals, RFI/RFP responses, architecture documents, implementation roadmaps, and other supporting materials while explaining complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

The role requires knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud and SaaS solutions, integration patterns, APIs,



security, data protection, scalability, performance, and modern development practices. The consultant should be capable of evaluating existing environments, identifying technical risks, recommending suitable target-state architectures, and ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible, secure, and aligned with delivery capabilities.

The ideal candidate has solid consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage customers and senior technical decision-makers. They should demonstrate ownership, critical thinking, commercial awareness, and a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, knowledge sharing, and improving solution quality across customer engagements.
