Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage enterprise LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VPN and network connectivity.
- Perform L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting for network incidents and service-impacting issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Routers & Switches, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACL, NAT, DHCP and DNS.
- Work on routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP/VRRP.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Internet, MPLS, VPN and site-to-site connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance, availability, bandwidth utilization and critical alerts.
- Perform configuration changes, device upgrades, backups, firmware upgrades and network migrations.
- Troubleshoot network security and firewall-related connectivity issues.
- Support enterprise wireless infrastructure, including Cisco/Aruba environments.
- Perform incident, problem, change and escalation management as per defined processes.
- Conduct RCA for recurring and critical network issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution.




- Participate in network implementation, expansion, migration and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams and configuration records.
- Support advanced networking technologies such as SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, DNAC, VRF and network segmentation where applicable.

Mandatory Skills
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, LAN/WAN and Enterprise Networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers & Switches.
- Routing & Switching troubleshooting.
- VLAN, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel, ACL, NAT, DHCP and DNS.
- OSPF, BGP and/or EIGRP.
- VPN, MPLS and Internet connectivity.
- Firewall fundamentals and network security.
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
