Role Description
The Transcription Specialist role at Centific is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role,



the Transcription Specialist accurately transcribes audio and video content into written form, ensuring consistency with linguistic, formatting, and project-specific guidelines. Daily responsibilities include listening to recordings, identifying speakers, correcting grammar and punctuation, and performing quality checks to maintain high accuracy standards. The role also involves handling multilingual or domain-specific content where required, collaborating with project coordinators and reviewers, and meeting defined productivity and turnaround targets. Transcription Specialists are expected to use internal tools and platforms, document issues, and provide feedback to improve workflows and data quality.
