About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Strategic Accounts Manager
to build and strengthen executive-level relationships across key healthcare accounts in
NSW and ACT
.

Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager – Strategic Accounts, you will work closely with our sales, product and service teams to develop strategic opportunities, strengthen Mindray’s market presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers across strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account and customer engagement plans.
- Identify, develop and forecast sales opportunities to drive business growth, aligned with regional priorities and customer needs.




- Strengthen Mindray’s brand presence within key healthcare organisations.
- Partner closely with the Regional Sales Manager and NSW Product, Sales and Service teams to understand regional needs and maximise customer opportunities.
- Maintain effective stakeholder mapping and account plans across designated accounts.

About You
- 5+ years’ healthcare sales experience, with proven experience managing strategic accounts and senior stakeholders.
- Strong executive-level communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strategic, commercially minded and results-oriented.
- Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry; medical device experience highly regarded.
- Robust organisation, time management and CRM skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Current clean driver’s licence.

Desirable
- Experience or knowledge in IVD, Patient Monitoring, Life Support or Ultrasound.
- Business Management or related qualification.
