Role & responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue tender documents, BOQs, and RFQs to vendors/subcontractors across civil, MEP, and interior packages
- Run techno-commercial comparison (TCC) sheets and drive vendor negotiation to closure
- Coordinate directly with clients, architects, and consultants on scope clarifications and technical queries
- Track tender timelines and proactively escalate delays no reminders should be needed from seniors
- Recommend vendor selection with transparent justification covering technical compliance and commercial competitiveness
- Liaise with site/project teams to validate BOQ quantities against drawings
- Maintain a tender tracker/register with real-time status of every open tender

Preferred candidate profile:
- 4-7 years of experience in tendering/estimation for construction, MEP, or interior fit-out projects
- Strong working knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and techno-commercial comparison




- Comfortable reading architectural/MEP drawings and specifications
- Excellent verbal and written client communication — client-facing role without close supervision
- Advanced MS Excel skills (comparison sheets, formulas, pivot tables)
- Prior experience on hospital, healthcare, or institutional projects preferred
- Experience working inside a PMC (not only contractor-side or client-side) is a strong plus
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Diploma with strong tendering exposure
