Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fire & Safety Officer responsible for maintaining fire, industrial, and workplace safety at the site and ensuring compliance with statutory and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Fire & Safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and safety observations.
- Inspect and maintain readiness of fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, fire pumps, emergency exits, and other fire-fighting systems.
- Conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, toolbox talks, and safety training.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and secure working practices.
- Monitor Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, PTW and LOTO activities.
- Investigate accidents, fire incidents, near misses, and prepare corrective action reports.
- Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, training records, and statutory documentation.




- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, maintenance teams, and fire/safety authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, fire safety requirements, and company EHS standards.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety / EHS.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, power, electrical, utility, or project sites.
- Good knowledge of Fire Safety, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, PPE, PTW, LOTO, and Electrical Safety.
- Valuable communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
