Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for existing systems.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform including Flow Designer, Large Language Model (LLM), etc.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
