We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle customer enquiries, understand their home construction requirements, explain CivilRaw services, maintain regular follow-ups and convert interested customers into meetings, site visits and projects.

We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, disciplined and comfortable speaking with homeowners every day.

The candidate should not simply make calls. They should understand the customer's requirement, build trust, explain the value of CivilRaw and continuously follow up until the customer takes the next step.

Construction knowledge is not mandatory. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, social media and advertisements.
- Contact current leads and understand their construction requirements.
- Collect details such as location, plot size, built-up area, number of floors, construction stage, budget and expected start date.
- Qualify leads and identify serious potential customers.
- Explain CivilRaw services and packages clearly to homeowners.




- Educate customers about CivilRaw's construction process, quality control and transparency.
- Schedule office meetings and site visits for qualified customers.
- Coordinate customer meetings with engineers and the technical team.
- Follow up regularly with leads after calls, meetings, site visits and quotations.
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals after approval from the concerned team.
- Handle basic customer objections related to price, services and process.
- Escalate technical questions to CivilRaw engineers instead of providing unverified information.
- Maintain complete customer details and update the CRM daily.
- Track every lead from enquiry → qualification → meeting → site visit → quotation → follow-up → conversion.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage referrals.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, site visits and project conversions.
