Role Description
The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring for technical and product roles,



partnering directly with startup founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build high-performing teams. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding stages. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing targeted sourcing strategies, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, conducting structured interviews, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. The Senior Technical Recruiter will also contribute to recruiting process design, data-driven reporting, and best practices for interview training and stakeholder alignment. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver timely, high-quality hires for rapid-moving, venture-backed startups.
