Job Summary
Sidharth Shutters & Automation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Import Export Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in import and export documentation, coordinating with vendors and logistics partners, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth execution of international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain import/export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
- Track shipments and update concerned departments regarding delivery status.
- Assist in processing purchase orders and commercial invoices.
- Maintain records of imports, exports, and related documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for shipment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Handle email correspondence with domestic and international vendors.
- Support the team in day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in Import-Export, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and work with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn international trade procedures and documentation.
