At Adsparkx, we are hiring for a
Video Editor
to create brilliant, high-performing content for our clients and Aperture. You should be
chronically online, commercially minded and obsessed with what makes people stop scrolling.

You spot emerging formats before every brand starts copying them. You understand why an edit holds attention, when a video feels native, and when something feels too polished, too slow or painfully corporate. Most importantly, you understand that
great editing isn't just about making a video look positive — it's about making people watch, believe and act.
You'll turn raw footage, UGC, creator content, affiliate content and creative concepts into
paid social ads and organic content designed to drive attention, engagement and conversions.

What You'll Do
- Edit
D2C performance ads, UGC, affiliate creatives, creator content and short-form organic videos
- Edit for
Meta, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and other emerging platforms
- Create multiple variations of the same concept to test different
hooks, openings, messaging, pacing, formats, CTAs and lengths




- Work extensively with
affiliate and creator-generated content
, finding the strongest moments and turning them into high-performing ads
- Understand the difference between content that looks like an ad and content that
feels native to the feed
- Use editing to create
curiosity, tension, credibility, urgency and desire
- Repurpose winning creatives into new variations without simply producing cosmetic changes
- Study winning ads and identify what can be improved, recreated or adapted
- Keep up with
TikTok trends, internet culture and emerging D2C advertising styles
- Work closely with
creative strategists, copywriters, and performance marketers.
- Use performance data such as
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS/ROI, hook rate and retention
to improve future edits
- Iterate on winning concepts and turn successful creatives into
scalable creative families
- Use
AI and emerging creative tools
to accelerate production
