Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to existing customers for regular communication and follow-up.
- Call customers regarding loan renewals, repayments, due dates, and service-related matters.
- Inform customers about company products, services, and offers.
- Attend customer queries over the phone and provide the required information.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with branch staff for customer-related requirements.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
- Perform other customer calling and support activities assigned by the management.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass.




- Must be able to speak Kannada, Telugu, and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, banking, or NBFC will be an added advantage.
- Polite and skilled communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
