Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Corporate Trainer role based in Ahmedabad.



The Corporate Trainer will design, customize, and deliver training programs in areas such as selling skills, leadership development, soft skills, and behavioral skills, aligned with client requirements and training needs. Responsibilities include conducting training need assessments, creating or adapting training content, facilitating classroom and workshop sessions, and using interactive methodologies to drive engagement and learning retention. The role involves evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, preparing training reports, and coordinating follow-up and reinforcement activities to support sustained behavior change. The Corporate Trainer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality, manage training schedules, and continuously update content based on industry best practices.
