Role & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations of the tyre showroom and multi-brand car service workshop.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tyres, services, and maintenance solutions.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, and timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and quality execution of automotive repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, suppliers, and other team members.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, job cards, and maintain service-related records.
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, discipline, and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Support sales and service targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional standards at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in the automotive, tyre, car service, or workshop industry will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of cars, tyres, servicing, repairs,



and basic automotive systems.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with technicians and customers.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Candidates with experience in Bridgestone, Bosch Car Service, or other reputed automotive workshops will be preferred for relevant positions.
