About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack MERN Developer with strong experience in building scalable web applications, backend architecture, DevOps tools, cloud deployment, and production-ready systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and server deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full stack web applications using the MERN stack.

Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, and MongoDB.

Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Manage deployments on AWS, Azure, Firebase.

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based deployments, staging/production environments, and release workflows.





Work with Linux Ubuntu, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker Compose, and basic Kubernetes.

Handle authentication, role-based access, API security, logging, monitoring, and performance optimisation.

Participate in code reviews, technical planning, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Skills:

4–5 years of experience in full stack development.

Robust experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and Nest.js.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and backend architecture.

Experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Docker Compose, Linux Ubuntu, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good understanding of MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Amazon RDS.

Experience in production deployment, server setup, performance optimisation, and debugging.
