HR Executive – HR Operations, Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage the company's day-to-day HR operations, with robust hands-on experience in end-to-end HR activities, payroll processing and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling routine HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely payroll processing and managing statutory compliance requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities and documentation.
- Handle employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, leave and attendance records.
- Manage employee exit formalities, full & final settlement and relieving documentation.




- Address employee queries related to HR policies, salary, attendance, leave and other HR matters.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and documentation as required.

Payroll Management
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions and other payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, reimbursements and other employee payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain proper payroll records.
- Handle payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.

Statutory Compliance
- Hands-on experience in statutory HR compliance is essential.
- Manage and maintain compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutor
