Job Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspection and quality surveillance of aerospace mechanical components/assemblies.
- Measure dimensions such as length, diameter, depth, width, radius, angle and profile.
- Inspect geometrical parameters including roundness, concentricity, cylindricity, flatness, straightness, perpendicularity, parallelism and runout.
- Operate micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, comparators, gauges, surface plates, CMM, profile projector, contour tracer and video measuring equipment.
- Carry out visual inspection and surface-finish inspection as per approved drawings and inspection plans.
- Conduct quality surveillance during welding, heat treatment, surface coating, mechanical testing and assembly processes.
- Ensure inspection is carried out using properly calibrated instruments and gauges.
- Prepare dimensional inspection reports, visual inspection reports, surveillance reports and NCRs.
- Maintain inspection records, logbooks and relevant quality documentation.




- Perform inspection and reporting on a real-time basis as per work instructions.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of precision measurement and conventional metrology.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, quality plans and inspection procedures.
- Hands-on experience with precision inspection instruments and special-purpose inspection machines.
- Good understanding of geometrical tolerances, dimensional tolerances and surface finish.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a quality-focused aerospace/manufacturing environment.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in aerospace components, precision engineering, CMM inspection or quality surveillance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
