Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.).
- Handle client calls and presentations confidently.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in BDM / Sales in the Digital Marketing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
