Experience: 2–5 years in Automobile Bodyshop/Accident Repair
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Handle customer vehicles for accident and body repair jobs.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, surveyors and workshop teams.
- Prepare and process insurance claim documentation.
- Explain repair work, timelines and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians, denting-painting and other bodyshop departments.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper job cards, estimates and customer records.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Technician -
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Carry out periodic maintenance and general servicing.
- Perform repair and replacement of vehicle components as per manufacturer standards.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
