We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior Hardware Technician to lead and support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle management of computer hardware and IT equipment. The role will handle complex technical issues provide guidance to junior technicians and ensure the reliability, availability, and security of the organisations IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, and CPUs.
- Perform system assembling, formatting, and OS/software installation.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring and assistance to junior technicians.
- Maintain daily service reports and manage inventory of parts.
- Ensure all systems are tested and quality-checked before deliver.
- Provide basic customer support regarding system performance issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware, Information Technology or related field .
- 1-3 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting or IT technical support.
- Valuable knowledge of Computer hardware and operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and basic network problems.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Work Condition
- Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala
- Working hours: 09:00 to 07:00, Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
