Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Ads Specialist to plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

The candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Perform keyword research and optimize Google Search campaigns.
- Create effective ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and campaign creatives in coordination with the content/design team.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions,



and other KPIs.
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets efficiently.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
- Generate regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, content, and design teams to achieve campaign objectives.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of paid social media and performance marketing.
- Good understanding of audience targeting and retargeting.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and budget management.
