We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Specialist-Finance with a proven background in organizations of similar size and line of business.

candidate should have solid expertise in statutory compliance, GST Compliances, GST Refund, Compliance related to DGFF(EBRC), statutory audit, Financial Statements and Management, ROC, overall financial expertise, subsidiary management, and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily financial operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and standards.

2. GST Compliance-GST Refund, GST Return, Excellent knowledge in GST provision.

3. Excellent Knowledge in compliance in DGFT- EBRC Generation

4. Co-ordination with Bank For providing corelation statement for Export revenue

5. Working closely with the external consultant for quarterly filing of GST refund and disbursement of same, entirely responsible for in house GST refund working,

6. Ensure monthly closure of books, AP, AR, & Payroll WD+3.

7. Collaborate closely with banks, clients,



and vendors to meet business plan objectives.

8. Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure they stay within prescribed limits for each business unit.

9. Track and monitor budgets versus actuals monthly.

10. Control and manage expenses to align with the approved financial plan.

11. Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

12. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payment of dues as per statutory requirements.

13. Ensure compliance with all statutory filings and regulatory requirements, including APR, FLA, and ROC returns.

14. Manage statutory audits and financial statements effectively.

15. Oversee financial operations and compliance with company subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter

2. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in financial management,
