Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Executive to join our Mumbai office. The role involves sourcing and screening qualified seafarers for various vessel types and ranks, maintaining a solid candidate pool, and ensuring timely fulfillment of crew requirements received from our global principals.
Key Responsibilities
• Source suitable seafarers through various recruitment channels and maintain a strong candidate database
• Screen candidates based on rank, experience, vessel type, trading area, certifications, and client requirements
• Identify and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions
• Coordinate with seafarers throughout the recruitment and selection process
