Job Description

Sanskar Construction Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (BOQ & Billing Specialist) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, project estimates, client and contractor bills, and site budgets for multiple construction projects. The role also involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of project-related issues.

We are looking for a proactive skilled with strong billing, estimation, cost control, and project coordination skills who can efficiently manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on project drawings and specifications.
- Estimate material, labor, machinery, and subcontractor costs for construction projects.
- Prepare,



verify, and submit client bills and contractor bills.
- Manage project billing, measurements, and reconciliation of quantities.
- Review and certify vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Track project costs and maintain budget control reports.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost comparison statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers for quantity verification and work measurements.
- Maintain records of work orders, purchase orders, and billing documents.
- Prepare project cash flow statements and cost forecasts.
- Monitor site expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle variation orders, extra item claims, and escalation calculations.
- Ensure billing compliance as per contract terms and project agreements.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress bills and final bills.
