Mandatory Skills:
- Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/FIM)
- Robust hands-on MIM and Entra ID scripting
- Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect and Cloud Sync
- Management Agents, Metaverse, synchronization rules, MPRs and workflows
- Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell
- MIM-to-Entra modernization/migration
- Conditional Access, MFA, PIM and Identity Governance
- Active Directory, AD LDS and Hybrid Identity
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Automation
- REST APIs, JSON, CI/CD and Terraform/Bicep/ARM

Candidates must have experience leading at least two large-scale MIM modernization or replacement projects.
