Role Summary

The Technician – DPI Filling will be responsible for carrying out filling operations for Dry Powder Injection (DPI) in sterile conditions, ensuring adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role involves operating and monitoring filling equipment, supporting aseptic practices, and maintaining documentation as per pharma industry standards.

Key Responsibilities




- Operate and monitor DPI filling machines and associated sterile production equipment as per SOPs.
- Perform line clearance, area and equipment preparation, cleaning, and sterilization (including involvement with washing / autoclave activities when required).
- Ensure aseptic practices and compliance with sterile production norms in the DPI area.
- Carry out filling, sealing, and in-process checks to ensure product quality and yield.
- Adhere strictly to cGMP, GDP, and safety norms in the production area.
- Record batch activities in BMR/BPR and logbooks with accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth batch execution.
- Assist in equipment changeover, minor troubleshooting, and coordination with maintenance for breakdowns.
- Participate in line sanitization, environmental monitoring support, and routine area qualifications as per schedule.
- Support investigations related to deviations, incidents
