Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll processing and administration. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll services, compliance with regulations, and effective communication with employees.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with payroll administration and services.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Document and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Assist with payroll software implementation and maintenance.
- Support payroll reporting and analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience:
- Required: 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or a related role.
- Preferred: Experience with India payroll
- Preferred: Experience with payroll software and systems.
