Roles and Responsibilities:

•Source candidates across the core Life Sciences functional market (R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Lab-based roles) using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
•Conduct in-depth screening and assessment calls to evaluate candidates’ functional domain expertise and role relevance
•Build and maintain a robust pipeline of specialized Life Sciences talent for current and future hiring needs
•Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand technical/functional hiring requirements and priorities
•Ensure timely and high-quality submissions aligned with defined SLAs
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in recruitment systems
•Uphold compliance and recruitment best practices across all hiring activities

Job Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in US recruitment or staffing industry.
- Robust understanding of life sciences/pharmaceutical/medical devices industries.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles within these sectors.
