Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead our factory operations for retail interior projects, including wooden and steel furniture, fixtures, and interior components. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality, material utilization, and timely completion of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage wooden and steel production for retail interior projects.
- Plan and schedule production as per project requirements and site timelines.
- Manage factory supervisors, skilled workers, and production teams.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Procurement, Stores, and Site Teams.
- Ensure production is completed as per approved drawings, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, wooden fixtures, steel fabrication, polishing, finishing, and other interior production activities.
- Plan manpower and allocate resources according to project priorities.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with the procurement/store team.




- Control material wastage, rework, and production costs.
- Conduct quality checks before dispatching materials to project sites.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and timely dispatch of finished items to sites.
- Track production progress and maintain daily/weekly production reports.
- Identify production delays and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper safety, discipline, housekeeping, and 5S practices within the factory.
- Improve production processes, productivity, and overall factory efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7 to 12 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in retail interior, furniture, or interior fit-out companies.
- Robust experience in wooden and steel furniture/fixture production.
- Good understanding of interior drawings, measurements, materials, and finishing.
- Strong manpower and factory-floor management skills.
