Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the production team in daily factory operations.
- Learn and follow production processes and work procedures.
- Support in assembly, finishing, packing, and other production activities.
- Handle materials and tools carefully as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team members.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and regular attendance.
