We operate with a lean, high-ownership team and are looking for a
Founder’s Office Associate
who can bring structure, follow-through, and operating clarity to a fast-moving workplace.

The Role

You will work directly with Founder and across the core team on company priorities, coordination, special projects, stakeholder communication, focused research, and execution.

You should be comfortable receiving an incomplete objective, understanding what needs to happen, organizing the work, coordinating the right people, and following it through to closure.

What You Will Work On
- Track important company priorities, commitments, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across internal teams, customers, candidates, vendors, advisers, and other stakeholders.
- Convert meetings and discussions into clear actions, owners, and next steps.




- Follow up proactively and escalate delays or blockers before they become problems.
- Support selected cross-functional and special projects from initial objective through completion.
- Conduct focused research for meetings, decisions, partnerships, vendors, and company initiatives.
- Separate verified facts from assumptions and summarize information clearly.
- Prepare concise operating updates, briefs, notes, and communication.
- Help create simple processes where important work currently depends on memory or repeated follow-up.
- Handle confidential business and personnel information with discretion.
- Protect the time by maintaining clarity around priorities and matters requiring direct attention.

Who We Are Looking For

We are primarily looking for a recent graduate or early-career professional with
up to approximately four years of experience
.

Your previous title matters less than your ability to operate.
