Catalog Management
- Creating, updating, and validating assets in systems like IFS and SFDC.
- Handling catalog tasks, bulk uploads, and resolving sync issues between platforms.
- SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeability Record) & Part List Preparation
- Preparing and validating SPIR files for various plants and projects.
- Working on part lists for valves and actuators across global regions (e.g., Sabine Pass LNG, Suzano, Dubai Petroleum).
Costing & Pricing
- Market pricing analysis for upgrades and regional projects.
- Preparing cost sheets and sending cost requests to factories (e.g., Korea, Sri City).
- Supporting RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and cost validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordination with SFDC, engineering, and outside sales teams for asset and SPIR improvements.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Participating in and conducting training sessions on upgrades, RFQ processes, and costing.
- Supporting team members in asset creation and catalog tasks.
- Generating and validating monthly catalog task reports.
Key Skills Required
- Technical Skills: Excel Knowledge, BOM (Bill of Materials), TA (Technical Analysis).
- Analytical Skills: Costing, pricing, and validation of part lists.
- Communication: Drafting mails, preparing reports, and conducting meetings.
- Project Management: Handling multiple tasks like catalog updates, RFQs, and SPIR simultaneously.
