Role: UI/UX Designer

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only

CTC: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA, depending on interview

Bond: 2 Years

Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with product teams, developers, project managers, and senior designers to define and implement effective UI/UX solutions.
Understand user requirements, conduct basic user research, and contribute to defining user journeys and flows for web and mobile applications.
Design engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with project goals and brand guidelines.
Maintain design consistency by following and contributing to design systems and UI standards.
Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Coordinate with developers during the design handoff process to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile




Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); working knowledge of tools such as Balsamiq, Canva, Photoshop, Miro, or InVision is a plus.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, and usability best practices.
Good eye for typography, color theory, layout, and spacing.
Ability to design responsive, mobile-first interfaces; knowledge of accessibility guidelines is preferred.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the UI/UX design field.
A portfolio on Behance or Dribbble showcasing design projects is mandatory.
Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage.
