Grow My Therapy is a web design and SEO agency building custom Next.js websites for therapists and wellness practitioners in the US. We're a small remote team, and we're growing fast.
We're hiring a Delivery Manager to own project delivery end to end.
Your core job is managing our development team and making sure every project ships on time. The founder handles sales and prepares requirements. Our Tech Lead handles all technical questions and blockers. You own everything in between.
One thing to know upfront: we do not have a delivery system today. Work currently flows through the founder directly. You will design and build the management system yourself - how standups run, how tasks are tracked, how delays are caught, how launches happen. We want someone who has seen a good agency delivery process work and can build one here.
What you'll do:
- Convert requirements documents into explicit, well-scoped Jira tickets and assign them to developers
- Run daily standups and track every task against its deadline. You are accountable for on-time delivery.
- Route technical blockers to our Tech Lead and follow up until tickets are moving again
- Catch delays early, understand why they happened, and re-plan the timeline
- Build and improve our delivery system: processes, meeting structure, tracking, QA checklists
- Run monthly one-on-ones with each developer and formal reviews every six months
- Communicate delays to clients honestly and proactively, with a revised plan
- Run the launch call for every website: present the finished project to the client, walk them through a live demo, handle their questions
- Do a full test pass of every website before the launch call
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years at a digital, web, or marketing agency in a project or delivery management role
- You've worked inside a functioning agency delivery process and can describe it in detail, because you'll be building ours
- Experience managing developers directly, including handling missed dea
