Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of bills and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with indirect taxation laws, including GST regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and concerns.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of indirect taxation, particularly GST laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
