Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and energetic Event & Marketing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate events, and support the company's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to represent the company both on-ground and on camera.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events, promotional activities, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, event partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Handle on-ground event activities and troubleshoot issues when required.




- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Support the content and social media team with marketing and event-related content.
- Occasionally appear on camera for promotional videos, reels, interviews, and marketing shoots.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare basic event reports, client updates, and activity summaries.
- Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in event management, marketing, client servicing, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers are not preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and qualified personality with strong client-handling abilities.
