Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and digital applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business teams, and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Conduct design reviews and provide UI/UX guidance to development teams.
- Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and user journeys.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and usability.
- Experience leading UI/UX initiatives or design teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects.
- Must be comfortable working onsite.
- Immediate availability is mandatory/preferred.
