Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years' experience in hospitality or hotel management.
- Solid knowledge of villa operations, including property management software systems.
- Excellent guest relations skills with ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Proven track record in increasing revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
