Job Summary

Mulji's is looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Executive to handle sales at its Vashi location. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product specifications, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.

Promote and sell laminates, plywood, doors, wall panels, and other interior products.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and applications.

Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.

Coordinate with customers regarding orders and deliveries.

Maintain strong relationships with customers,



architects, interior designers, and contractors.

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.

Experience in building materials, interior products, furniture, plywood, or laminates preferred.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.
