Role Description The Packaging Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruppur Taluka. This role oversees daily packaging operations, including organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and monitoring staff performance to ensure orders are packed accurately and on schedule. The Packaging Supervisor checks packaging materials and finished goods for quality, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintains cleanliness and order in the packaging area. Responsibilities also include training and guiding packaging team members,



maintaining records of production and quality checks, coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams, and reporting operational issues or improvement opportunities to management.

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance practices within packaging or manufacturing environments.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to train and coach team members.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple packaging orders simultaneously.
- Experience in retail, export, or manufacturing operations, preferably in packaging or production supervision.
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site
