Role Overview





We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to support and coordinate our pan-India temporary staffing operations. The ideal candidate should have robust coordination and follow-up skills, be comfortable managing manpower across multiple locations, and be willing to travel occasionally to ensure smooth field execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Temp Staffing Head in managing daily operations across multiple cities and client locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, regional leads, and field members to ensure timely manpower deployment and reporting.
- Maintain manpower trackers, shift schedules, and attendance records accurately.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of temporary staff.
- Follow up with regional teams regarding joining confirmations, replacements, and compliance updates.
- Liaise with client SPOCs for status updates, on-ground changes, and manpower requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, deployment summaries, and daily/weekly operatio
