Ltd.) is a student-focused career development company running paid skill workshops, an intern & Campus Ambassador network, and the DoubtSpace student community platform. We help students across India build real, job-ready skills through Data Analytics & AI, BBA/MBA Readiness, Spoken English, and other career-launch programs.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you'll drive workshop enrollments and brand visibility among college students. This is not a cold-calling job — you'll be promoting genuinely practical, affordably priced workshops (₹600–₹999) to a student audience that needs them, using digital channels, campus networks, and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote ongoing workshops (Data Analytics & AI, BBA/MBA Readiness, Company Registration, B.Tech Career Launchpad, etc.) across WhatsApp groups, Instagram,



LinkedIn, and campus networks
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed workshop registrations
- Build and manage a pipeline of interested students; follow up to close enrollments
- Coordinate with Campus Ambassadors in your region/college to expand reach
- Create or repurpose basic promotional content (posters, reels, WhatsApp broadcast copy) with guidance from the marketing team
- Track daily/weekly outreach and conversion numbers in the shared reporting sheet
- Share weekly performance reports every Thursday (per standard Hustler Brands reporting cycle)

Who This Is For
- Currently enrolled college/university student (any stream)
- Comfortable reaching out to peers via social media and WhatsApp
- Basic understanding of Instagram/LinkedIn as promotional tools
- Self-driven — this is a remote, largely unsupervised role
