Position: Quality Analyst

Location: Remote

We are seeking a QA professional to support the testing and validation of enterprise authentication and application integration capabilities across web applications, APIs, and related services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and negative test cases.
- Validate identity and access management (IAM) / SSO authentication flows across applications and APIs.
- Perform end-to-end testing of application integrations and authentication-related functionality.
- Validate session management, login/logout behavior, access controls, error handling, and failure scenarios.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and support automated API and integration testing.
- Verify that application enhancements do not impact existing functionality.
- Document test cases, execution results, defects, and test evidence using standard test-management tools.
- Support defect triage, regression cycles, UAT, and production-readiness validation.




- Assist with security, performance, and CI/CD-integrated testing activities as required.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of software QA/testing experience.
- Strong experience with web application and REST API testing.
- Good understanding of IAM, SSO, authentication, authorization, sessions, and access controls.
- Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience testing .NET-based , Java based and React based applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar defect and test-management tools.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred: Prior experience testing enterprise security, authentication, or identity-related solutions.
